The night before we left, I was having a talk with Mum and Dad. At one point, Dad asked me if I was sure I wanted to go to camp. He had been talking with Dustin, one of the guys who works out there, and had heard all about what we'd be doing . . . "extreme" activities of course. :) I told him that I was sure -- after all, it was something that I didn't really want to do, but I knew it would push me out of my comfort zone and challenge me.
Monday morning we got all packed up and went around picking up other kids in Rolla that were going. Wait, let me rephrase that: the other guys in Rolla. Yup, I was the only girl from our group. We took Mark and Nathan Hickle, Jonathon and Ian Nail, Luke Webber, and Colin Welshymer. At camp, we met up with Joel Winzer, Ben Stickler, and Kamron and Kyle Alford, which completed our Rolla group. After registering, we went canoeing! It's kind of a long story, but our Rolla group is good friends with a group of girls from Arkansas that come to camp. So we all paired up with someone for canoeing, and was fortunate enough to go with Hannah Sue! I hadn't met her before, so it was neat to get to talk. There was a cliff on the river that some of the kids jumped off, and we had peanut butter + jelly on tortillas for dinner!

Duct-taping Emily in the bathroom - I had nothing to do with this!

That is sooooooo not how you duct tape someone in the bathroom. You also have to make sure you do something to their stuff while they're in there.
lol. Hey, they're girls. Give them a break. :)Thanks for letting me steal your pictures, even though I didn't ask permission.
